WE HAVE A NEW NAME!

Riss came up with the name “Xaviere”. It’s a good name for a new modern home design. The meaning of the name Xavier is ‘New house’.

The Block House is designed for admiring beautiful scenery (Lake, Mountain, or Ocean view). The large windows in front of the house provide natural light throughout the entire home. The house is elevated to provide a larger viewing range of the surrounding area. With the elevated design we were able to place the pool under the home. This gives the owner a shady area near the pool to relax on those hot summer days.
