Process
- Client send project description to ZoDev Design management (Project Manager: Lorenzo Dixon Email: ldixon@ZoDev.com)
- Client staff provide us with project materials (plans, elevations, materials, or sketches)
- Proposal sent within 24 hours
- Email sent by client approving Statement of Work and payment
- Interior/Exterior renderings within 1 week
- Animations and interactive models take approximately 5 weeks
- Project Manager dedicated to Client Project
- Beta Renderings Provided to Client for Approval
- Pre-final renderings provided for Final approval prior to Final Delivery
- Final Delivery is emailed to client
- Bill for Payment once final approval via email
- No new projects will be started if outstanding balance reaches 15 days old

Hourly Rates
Once agreement becomes effective all work performed for client will be based on a mutually agreed upon:
Rate: $40 US Hourly
Estimated project hours:
- Interior Rendering: 40 Hours
- Exterior Rendering: 40 Hours
- Animation: 160 Hours (based on 30 second camera path and moderate number of objects to model)
- Interactive Website: 200 Hours
- 3D Design of Furniture: 20 Hours
- Environment Rendering: 45 Hours
- 3D Floor Plans: 24 Hours
50% of payment will be required at the start of a project. Balance 50% on approval of the final design.
Schedule
It is recommended to provide at least 7 days advanced notice for any project. Any project requested with less notice will be deemed urgent and additional charges may be incurred
Schedule of projects timelines:
- 3-5 days for express-renderings
- 5-8 days for standard renderings
- 10-15 working days for short animations.
- 20-30 working days for long animations and interactive presentations.
